Company brag - Community Builders (Tim & Sara): We had a few plans but HOA graciously denied some; primarily because we were attempting to exceed the build line (we have a corner lot and wanted to make a ranch style porch) - well we finally got a project approved. Sara completed all the paperwork for the HOA, submitted sketches and plans, then Tim’s crew got right to work. The approval came right as the virus shut everything down. I didn’t think the project would start much less finish any time soon. I told the company I was not in any rush; if it were done by July - I’d be happy. There was a point where they were done; I pointed out some snags - the owner came and made it right! Well, here it is - project complete!!! We now have an additional area that we will use as outdoor storage. I’ll admit, it turned out better than I thought it would and looks like it came with the house. I’ll definitely use them again!
